Communilink was started by a group of individuals who identified a skills and knowledge gap among job seekers living in our poorer communities. They decided to use their combined expertise, knowledge and experience to assist these individuals to improve their chances of securing meaningful employment. The passion of Communilink’s founders for the community has resulted in a committed drive to create and grow a non profit organisation that is able to make a difference in the lives of many living in South Africa.

Our Values
We are committed to providing a service that empowers the community and understand that our values play a major role in achieving credibility with the communities we serve.
Compassion
We believe that compassion is one of the core values that any organisation seeking to address social issues within its communities should have. Without compassion for others, we are not able to fully serve our communities since compassion allows us to fully engage with individuals from a point of empathy. This goes a long way to us understanding the frustration and challenges that these individuals face daily and allows us to formulate pragmatic, long-term solutions that will assist these individuals to achieve an element of self-worth, which they may be lacking. We believe that we can make a significant difference in our communities through compassionate empowerment.
Commitment
As an organisation, we are committed to the empowerment of the community and our members commit themselves and their time to improving the morale within our communities. We remain dedicated to the betterment of individuals who lack the necessary resources to secure meaningful employment. We understand the importance of being loyal to our promises. Communilink is therefore committed to serving our community with skills and knowledge that can empower our community.
Integrity
At CommuniLink, we believe that integrity and honesty are fundamental qualities for any organization seeking to build trust and credibility within its communities. By consistently demonstrating these moral values, our goal is to inspire and foster Godly character within the environments we serve.
In a world where unemployment remains a pressing challenge, CommuniLink is dedicated to teaching, upskilling, and equipping individuals to succeed in the workplace while upholding ethical behavior. We believe that these values and principles are the foundation for fostering trust, loyalty, and respect in the workplace, ultimately contributing to a positive and thriving work environment.
Our commitment at Communilink is to empower individuals to grow both personally and professionally, creating meaningful change in their lives and the communities around them.
Community
Being an active participant in our communities is an integral part of our vision to assist those living within our communities. We strive to improve the lives of those around us and believe that in doing so we contribute to making the world a better place for everyone. We believe that doing good to others without expecting something in return is an important attribute required for a thriving community. Serving our community is a privilege and is a natural response to volunteering as it allows us to rise above our self- serving.
